Our client, a Mental Health Clinis, based in Pretoria, is seeking to recruit a Practice Administrator & Bookkeeper.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Personal Assistant Duties
- Liaising and overseeing operational units and task registry
- Full bookkeeping and all payroll administration task registry
- Liaison with Accountants and key stakeholders, including clinic staff
- Oversee clinic staff
- PowerPoint presentations as and when required
**Qualification and requirements**:
- Tertiary Education in Admin and/or Practice Management
- At least 5 years experience on an administrative or managing a department level
- Excellent verbal and written English & Afrikaans language skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Sage Payroll and Accounting
- Own reliable transport is required
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Presentable at a middle management level whilst dealing with clients
- Energetic and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact with different levels of society & workforce
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Hardworking and reliable
- Good attention to detail and the processing of accurate information
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday 8h00 - 17h00
- Overtime as required.
**Appointment**:
- ASAP
