**We are seeking a Manager - Securities, Monitoring & Control, for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- **Degree / equivalent in Commerce / Legal**

- **8+ years working experience of which 3 years must be at a supervisory or senior consultant level working in funding or legal administration**
***

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- **General loan implementation checklist and generate approval letters**
***:

- **Draft and action legal agreements and documentation**
***:

- **Conduct legal research and draft security documentation**
***:

- **Review / check all agreements for compliance**
***:

- **Prepare all files and provide clearance for disbursement of funds**
***:

- **Initiate process for registration of securities and receive / verify all securities**
***:

- **Maintenance of records and ensure release of securities**
***:

- **Track/monitor all approved active loans, prepare loan reports, and retried defaulting loan reports**
***:

- **Send bulk digital reminders / letters for defaulting clients**
***:

- **Support in formalizing loan workouts/restructures, assist in developing frameworks and techniques to deal with perfection of securities**
***:

- **Monitor progress on matters allocated to attorney firms**
***:

- **Manage relationships with different stakeholders**
