Utilities Analyst

The Utilities Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing the company's utility costs. This includes developing and implementing strategies to reduce utility consumption, monitoring utility bills for accuracy, and resolving utility-related issues. The Utilities Analyst also works with the Facilities team to ensure that the company's buildings are energy efficient.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze utility data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce utility consumption
- Monitor utility bills for accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Resolve utility-related issues in a timely manner
- Work with the Facilities team to ensure that the company's buildings are energy efficient
- Stay up-to-date on the latest energy-saving technologies and trends
- Prepare reports and presentations on utility costs and savings
- Other duties as assigned

**Key Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as energy management, engineering, or business
- 3+ years of experience in a utilities or energy management role

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Utilities: 3 years (preferred)
