**Role Overview**:
As a Paralegal for Tenders at A24 Group, you will play a crucial role in our team by managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submitting compelling bids. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding written and spoken English, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. You will be working closely with our accounting and project teams to ensure our tenders are compliant, competitive, and reflective of our company's strengths and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying tender opportunities within the UK, USA, SA healthcare sector.
- Managing the tender submission process from start to finish.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents.
- Ensuring all tenders are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Crafting persuasive and clear tender documents.
- Analysing tender outcomes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a paralegal, ideally with a focus on tenders.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail combined with a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with the UK healthcare market is highly advantageous.
- A degree in law or a related field is preferred.
