**Primary Purpose**

The E-Learning Content Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high quality learning content and generating ideas for improving educational materials, primarily focused on departmental processes.

This role will focus on extracting core information from department SOPs to develop into eLearning materials suitable for specific and scalable learning.
Create and deliver educational material that makes complex Global processes simple. Work closely with other members of the eLearning team to ensure deadlines are met and messages are accurate.

The role will be primarily responsible for developing engaging, cutting-edge digital content working closely with the Human Resource team and the wider business.

**Minimum Requirements**

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree qualification in a training related discipline and/or IT specific training qualification

**Experience**
- 3 -5 years experience in learning design and content development, with demonstrable experience in writing effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts that support learning objectives.

**Knowledge and skills**
- Extensive proficiency in the use of Microsoft office

packages (to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Critical Thinking
- Growth Mindset
- Content Development Software proficiency e.g Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate
- Train the trainer (ideal)

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage costs**
- Initiate learning design meetings with internal global stakeholders for assigned projects together and refine the raw content required.
- Help define learning objectives and key learning points, and ensure they are addressed by the learning solution, in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct own research to further understand learner and business requirements for each learning programme.
- Develop training modules that meet key learning objectives that the target audience needs. Modules need to be succinct, easy to follow, and formatted for self-learning,
- Considering appropriate learning techniques.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure training design fits with the overall vision for the area and business requirement.
- Obtaining departmental approvals and pilots of educational material prior to release.
- Create a range of digital learning courses that will engage and motivate the end users.
- Manage strict deadlines whilst ensuring a high-end user experience.
- Be innovative and creative in the use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio and video
- Work with internal stakeholders to design evaluation methods and metrics to ensure learning outcomes have been achieved.
- Assist with ad-hoc training assignments as requested
- Collaborate with necessary stakeholders to ensure e-learning deliverables i.e. HR, IT, External providers, business etc.
- Support Management and Supervision in assessing training needs; providing

**Internal Processes, Risk and Management**
- Develop and implement sustainable business processes that support the business;
- Ensuring a strong Risk, Compliance and Governance Framework is embedded

across the division
- Maintain and Uphold the Governance framework for the Fleet.
- Ensure that Fleet Policies are aligned with the Bank's policies
- Collaborate with IT to formulate specifications for new technology needed for Fleet in order to streamline processes in conjunction with managers
- Identify Fleet Risk and mitigation processes as input to the Fleek risk management and table such with risk department and relevant stakeholder
- Identify and communicate potential risks pertaining to new initiatives, products and services
- Oversee implementation of controls to reduce unnecessary cost for Bank
- Ensure measures are in place to enhance and maintain fleet availability.
- Ensure that Fleet is complying with all relevant legislation and governance
