Operations Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Operations Director and collaborate closely with other team members to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee and manage the daily aspects involved in running our office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate office staff and operational teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Implement existing operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar industry, preferably skilled-trades or related services.
- Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field will be a strong advantage
- Driver’s license (required)
- Strong knowledge of compliance certifications, electrical, plumbing, gas, electric fence installations and maintenance, as well as pest control solutions _(beneficial, but not a requirement)_
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills (English first language), both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. (Bi-lingual applicants will receive preference - English, Afrikaans, Xhosa, etc.)
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools to manage operations efficiently (I.e. Hubspot CRM, Xero, Google Workspace, etc.)
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Table View, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
