It also involves assisting Supervisors with shift rosters for Forklift Drivers on Production lines (Daily Casuals, Seasonal and Permanent)
To facilitate the smooth running of Warehouse administrative functions
- Co-ordinate SAP processes within the Warehouse
- Time and Attendance (TnA)
- Handling team members HR related queries
- Scheduling of Forklift Drivers for Production lines
- Compile and distribute reports
- Assist with Warehouse functions
- SHEQ Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum 1 year Office Administration experience
- Experience in a FMCG environment
- Exposure to SAP advantageous
- MS Office proficient
