Identified possible risks and provided recommendations to various stakeholders

Accompanied evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback

Discussed and explained feedback with agents

Assisted agents with improving their performance with specific instructions and constant support through engagement sessions

Mapped the needs for training and on boarding programs

Drafted reports that reflected support performance

Reported support team’s performance to relevant stakeholders

Participated in calibration sessions to maintain consistency in internal evaluations

Matric

BCom degree - completed

Rotation shifts (latest one 7 pm) and 2 Saturdays within a month

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent English communication

Target driven

Able to handle pressure

Clear ITC / CriM/Fraud / Sequestration
