Junior Graphic Designer

**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content. You will be required to create engaging designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.

**Location**: This role offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location while collaborating occasionally meeting clients on-site. Additionally, you will be expected to attend in-person meetings once a week in Blouberg.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, and promotional materials.
- Social media management, from creating the visuals, captions, paid ads and monthly reporting
- Brainstorm ideas, conceptualize designs, and develop visual concepts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Support the production process by preparing files for print and digital distribution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and ideas.
