**Junior Interior Decorator - For a portfolio of apartments**

HostAgents specializes in short-term rental and has a portfolio of just under 300 properties.

We are looking for a young, vibrant, and detailed-oriented person to join our team. You must have a creative flare, ability to think outside the box and have an artistic vision.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Live within 20km of Bloubergstrand
- Have your own vehicle.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- National Diploma in interior design or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the interior designer industry

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Go into our apartments and vision ways to visually improve the apartments and how to make it more attractive to guests staying over.
- Source items, get quotes and provide suggestions to the owners of proeprties on how to better their apartments.
- Make sure a certain standard of cleanliness as well as visual aesthetic is upkept
- Address any issues, and try to resolve it asap
- Build a strong relationship with the various property managers as well as the property owners.
- Assess quality of items currently in e.g are the beds comfortable for guests etc
- Attend client meetings, take briefs and do site inspections.
- Development of new design concepts, product development and space planning

In a nut shell - we want to better the total experience of guests staying at any of our properties - so that they receive an out-of-world experience, that will result in:

- Good reviews
- Guests recommending our properties to families and friends.
- Being able to leave a long-lasting impression on guests that makes them keep wanting to come back.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bloubergstrand, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
