**About this opportunity**

We are looking for a Managed Services Chief Operating Officer (MS COO), to accelerate service delivery, efficiency, and performance within the MTN IN Managed Services Delivery. A large multi-country MS IT delivery for Ericsson that covers Ericsson BSS and Core products including Service Resource Fulfillment and ADM.

The MS COO is accountable for the managed services contract profitability, customer satisfaction and fulfilment of the contract. The MS COO is responsible for the business case fulfilment and identifying add-on sales opportunities, thus ensuring continuous improving of margins.

To manage the customer interface with respect of all service delivery to a specific customer, ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements and as Ericsson’s escalation point for performance. Further responsible for the delivery execution and to ensure customer satisfaction, decisively adding value to the customer’s and Ericsson business.

To further lead and develop the customer relationship with MTN ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements, crucially adding value to the customer’s and Ericsson business.

Our MS COO further acts as the people leader for the entire Managed Service Operation end to end and should also demonstrate leadership behaviors in Environment, Health and Safety. Further to this secure close partnership with our partners and support our other Ericsson organizations where required.

**What you will do**
- Manage and Support Service Delivery
- Maintain delivery models, frameworks, job roles, assessments, and strategies.
- Manage and develop partners on all levels within the Delivery.
- Deploy and implement Service Delivery Strategy with a focus on transformation to a more data driven delivery model.
- Encourage and support knowledge transfer
- Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
