This role is the commercial interface between, Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service and is responsible for the smooth running of the various internal commercial processes, forecast interrogation, operational execution and improvement, field sales support, and sales of short-dated stock. Furthermore, the Business Operations Manager is responsible for continuing to improve and develop processes and structures that contribute to the commercial execution of the Company

**Forecast Validation & Interrogation**- Review the forecast monthly by Brand, Channel and customer in collaboration with Demand Planning and Commercial Finance to ensure it is correct and highlight the gaps, driving forecast accuracy.- Provide monthly reviews and insights on risks and opportunities to management and key stakeholders.- Interrogate, validate, and challenge forecasts for NPDs, exclusives, limited editions, and non-core products that are provided by Marketing and KAMs.- Collaborate with Commercial Finance to validate and challenge holiday sales plans provided by KAM and Marketing; comparisons include available sell-through data.- Collaborate with KAMs, RSMs, and Supply Chain to align plans for regional splits for festivals and holiday sales.

**Trading Terms & Promotions**- Complete lookbacks and root-cause analyses on key promotions, new launches, and exclusives and share lessons learned with stakeholders. BOM is also responsible for ensuring that the teams improve on strengths and successes and capitalize on opportunities to improve that are identified on the lookbacks and root-cause analyses.

**Field Sales Support**- Conduct various sell-through analyses by the store to support the Head of Field Sales and RSMs to optimize sales strategy and efforts within each region.- Create and manage internal reporting around core push/numerical distribution and drive insights and improvements.- Analyze data from new field sales tool to find and present valuable insights for material improvement to sales and profitability (i.e. taking into account the cost of sales).

**Supply Chain and Customer Service Operational Execution**- Represent interests of KAMs in weekly Ops Review meetings with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Commercial Finance.- Ensure the agreed action items are swiftly addressed and that the team drives continuous learning and continuous improvement.

**Manage the S&OP Process and A&P plan**- Coordinate execution of the company A&P plan, ensuring where appropriate this is adhered to and prioritized according to brand and commercial objectives.- Improve and co-manage with the Head of Commercial Finance the S&OP process and facilitate the S&OP meetings, report out, and action items.- Actively participate in all GOII processes and facilitate the building of robust plans and alignment between Marketing, KAMs, and Field Sales.- Analyze and recommend promo mechanics across brands to improve efficiency and uptake.- Work with Trade Marketing to measure and report on festival performance.- Measure and report on the pacing of holiday sales.

**Requirements**:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.- Expert ability in Microsoft Excel- Microsoft Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook- High caliber of professional interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (both oral and written).- Proven track record of leading processes and projects within a major FMCG organization.- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities - able to enlist, energize, and develop others.- Performance is driven, tenacious, and goal-orientated.- Strong communication and networking skills.- Strong internal influencing skills.- Innovative problem solver and a facilitator of change.- Able to lead cross-functional teams both internally and externally.- Well-organized with project management experience.- Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative, and statistical analyses complemented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.- Strong Project Management Skills - capable of managing numerous projects at once in a high-paced environment.- Ability to think outside the box when searching for solutions to problems.
