**Primary responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft, implement, and evaluate business growth strategies.
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, leveraging strategic insights and deal-making prowess.
- Harness financial acumen to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and streamline operational processes.
- Manage a portfolio of projects focusing on diverse revenue streams including short-term letting and commercial ventures.
- Facilitate seamless communication among teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

- Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or related field.
- Industry expertise in property management, particularly in short-term letting and commercial sectors, is advantageous.
