**About the Team**

FIS-ACBS is a software system that helps with commercial loans. It provides functionality and helps with the tasks involved in a loan's lifecycle, such as relationship management, credit approval, document management, and more. Our team focuses on bringing maximum value to our commercial banking customers, reducing time, improving loan operations, and managing credit risk efficiently.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Research and analyze system scope and objectives
- Gather and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Test configuration work and business workflow requirements
- Deliver high-quality solutions for implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades, and integration projects

**What You Bring**
- Domain expertise in Commercial Lending
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant
- Knowledge of related products and services
- Experience with ACBS, LoanIQ, or other commercial lending platforms
- Understanding of software development life cycles
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Willingness to travel (25% to 50%)
