**Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited**:

- Supervise MAP CCTV control room.
- Daily Reports on discrepancies.
- Investigate branch incidents remotely as well as physically.
- Draft incident reports.
- Draft investigation reports.
- Ensure all security health check failures are actioned and repaired without delay.
- Supervise outscored CCTV operators and other security staff.

**Requirements**:

- Matric Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security environment including CCTV and investigations.
- Experience Warehousing and Retail security.
- Must have a good understanding of contractual security and internal company security.
- Health and Safety background would be an added advantage.
- Be a good team player Some business acumen.
- understanding human behaviour.
- Should be able to carry out his/her responsibilities with little supervision.
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Clear criminal record.
- Honesty and integrity.
