**_RECEIVE VISITORS :_**
- Greet visitors appropriately
- Determine visitor needs in a professional manner
- Check-In of Guests
- Check-out of Guests
- Handling of Walk-In reservations
- Dealing with online reservations

**_ ANSWER PHONE CALLS :_**
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Deal with queries and provide correct information
- Forward calls to appropriate person
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely

**_ FINANCIAL :_**
- Processing of online card payments
- Prepare guest vouchers
- Basic cashiering duties
- Debtors
- Creditors
- Month End

**_ CLERICAL :_**
- Photocopy and collate documents
- File documents accurately
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions

**_ PERSONAL PRESENTATION :_**
- Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Maintain an attentive posture
- Respond professionally to visitors and callers

**_ COMMUNICATION SKILLS :_**
- Maintain confidentiality and show discretion
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner
- Maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles
- Remain calm under pressure

**_ CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION :_**
- Write well using correct grammar and spelling
- Communicate verbally with confidence and clarity
- Ask effective questions
- Listen actively and respond with empathy
- Follow instructions properly
- Understand and respond to non-verbal signals

**_ COMPUTER SKILLS :_**
- MS Word
- Outlook
- Excel
- Internet/Intranet
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- Innkeeper minimum 5 years experience is a must

**_ WORK MANAGEMENT :_**
- Find and use resources effectively
- Pay attention to detail
- Complete tasks on time
- Assist in all other departments as required
- Able to work shifts, weekends and after hours when needed

**_ RESERVATIONS :_**
- Assist with availability of rooms
- Answer all enquiries accurately and effectively
- Upselling of chalets, game drives, meals etc.
- Assist with monthly & weekly reporting
- Action all FIT and OTA reservations
- Selling of game drives and other activities
- Respond to all queries within 2 hours of receiving query
- Responsible for all reservations
- Effective processing of payments and cancellations
