Sales Learning and Development Facilitator

The Sales Learning and Development Facilitatorwill be responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs, coaching sessions, and career development opportunities for our sales team at Outworx.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, or individual training sessions
- Deliver training content and competency assessments
- Prepare and maintain all training and learning materials and competency assessments
- Ensure all training and learning material is updated and aligned with the Quality Management Systems
- Communicate and report accurate performance metrics to the Learning and Development manager
- Provide necessary feedback, coaching, training, and development to trainees and management
- Actively promote and implement the Outworx culture to ensure a culture of excellence
- Support Training and Development in an effective and motivational manner
- Have a clear line of communication with client
- Create aids/support materials in line with client content
- Support trainees in transitioning from product training to nesting

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent NQF4 level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Previous training experience
- Must be able to work shifts
- Previous sales experience required
