Experience as an Events Co-ordinator essential in a Restaurant or Venue

The ability to work under pressure & multi-task

Respond to enquiries timeously

Provide quotations

Conduct professional site inspections

On floor, on the day co-ordinating

Prepare function sheets for the various departments

Have good relations with various team members

Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

Computer Literate

Prepare accurate invoices

Follow up on deposits

Willing to work flexible hours & weekends
