Key Responsibilities:
Manage the safekeeping of firearms: The Office Gun Safe Administrator is responsible for managing the secure storage of firearms in a gun safe or other secure location. They ensure that firearms are stored in a safe and secure manner, and that access is restricted only to authorized personnel.

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations: The Office Gun Safe Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations related to the storage and access of firearms are followed. They ensure that firearms are stored and accessed only by individuals who are authorized and trained to do so.

Manage documentation and record keeping: The Office Gun Safe Administrator is responsible for managing all documentation related to the storage and access of firearms. They ensure that all required records are kept up-to-date and that any necessary documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Develop and implement policies and procedures: The Office Gun Safe Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the storage and access of firearms. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in firearms management or a related field.

Excellent organizational and record keeping skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Knowledge of firearms safety and handling.
