**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Administration of HR

**Responsible for documentation regarding**: New Appointments, Resignations, Retrenchments

Preparing documentation and letters for salary and wage increases and for VIP Pay Roll

Filing of all documentation on personnel files and other relevant files

VIP Pay Roll and Administration

Lease with the Medical Aids, Provident Funds and Pension Funds

Grade 12 with HR knowledge, a National Diploma in HR is advantageous

Relevant VIP Payroll training

Computer literacy essential

3 to 4 years applicable experience in VIP Pay Roll

Good HR assistance and general administration skills

Advanced Computer literate

Knowledge of VIP leave module
