**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Provide support to management and ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures
Initiate and drive implementation of HR initiatives.
Facilitate sharing of best practice
Drive employee engagement campaigns required to reinforce culture and values
Manage the entire recruitment and talent acquisition function
Compile reports and trends on HR internal practices and operations
Compile Monthly HR reports for Management
Assist with the employment equity plans and practises
Assist management with Industrial Relations
Oversee the administrative function of the department
Degree in HR management
5 years’ experience in a similar HR position
3 years’ experience in a Leadership role.
Strong IR experience
Understanding of payroll practises
Experience implementing HR initiatives
