**Job Description**:
Kethstone Engineering and Infrastructure is seeking a retired Foundry Manager to join our team on a consultation basis, bringing extensive experience in managing operations related to Induction Furnaces and Electrical Arc Furnaces. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to provide valuable insights and guidance to our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert consultation and advice on all aspects of foundry operations, with a focus on Induction Furnaces and Electrical Arc Furnaces.
- Assess current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance furnace performance, efficiency, and safety.
- Offer guidance on troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Mentor and coach internal teams to develop their skills and knowledge in foundry operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategies and goals for the foundry department.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 30 years of experience in foundry operations, with a strong background in Induction Furnaces and Electrical Arc Furnaces.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the foundry industry.
- Expertise in furnace operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
