We are a leading manufacturer in the CNC machining industry, specializing in producing high-quality components for various sectors. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and delivering top-notch products to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of CNC machined parts and components to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Utilize a variety of precision measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, to perform accurate and detailed inspections.
- Verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and overall product quality through visual inspection and metrology techniques.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant quality control procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address any quality issues, providing timely feedback and suggesting corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformities, and quality metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a CNC machining environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and metrology techniques.
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes and the ability to identify potential defects and non-conformities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple inspection tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Germiston, Gauteng (preferred)
