We are looking for an Analyst Relations Director to strengthen our global industry analyst relations function and build solid relationships with tier one analyst firms including Gartner, Forrester and IDC to enhance the positioning of NTT Ltd’s services and capabilities and ultimately drive sales.

**In this role, you will**:

- Build strong relationships with industry analysts and influencers to build positive mindshare for NTT and be the go-to-person for their information needs.
- Work with senior executives to drive analyst interactions that build visibility of NTT’s capabilities.
- Partner closely with the service divisions, marketing and external communications teams to plan and implement a strategic analyst relations programme.
- Work closely with service divisions to develop an annual calendar of analyst reports and interactions, analyst presentations and other relevant assets that facilitate sales and marketing efforts.
- Support sales, marketing and demand generation teams with analyst insights for ongoing client facing activities.
- Plan and facilitate analyst engagements to develop strong relationships between senior executives and SMEs and industry analysts through ongoing interactions and key industry/analyst events.
- Pro-actively identify internal opportunities that could result in an engagement or information sharing opportunity with industry analysts.
- Pro-actively research the market to identify new analysts, research opportunities and drive briefings as relevant.
- Maintain and update central analyst relations database with target analysts, interaction details and relevant collateral.
- Manage communications with account representatives at analyst firms for all commercial engagements.
- Report into the VP, Portfolio Marketing.
**This role is perfect for you, if you**:

- Have between 8- and 10-years’ experience in Analyst Relations ideally in a global capacity.
- Have existing relationships with analysts.
- Have excellent communications, engagement, negotiation and relationship building skills at senior levels.
- Have the ability to multi-task between strategic and tactical functions.
- Have outstanding judgement skills to take decisions around progressing strategic analyst engagements that influence positioning.
- Can demonstrate strategic thinking capability and how you are able to achieve outcomes across multiple initiatives.
- Are able to work with stakeholders to translate complex business offerings into information that can be utilised by analysts.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills to get multiple internal teams to work together and provide the necessary information for external communication.
