We are in search of a Supply Chain Manager to be responsible of management and optimization of Hygiene and Pest Control Supply chain. Your duty is to ensure optimal client services whilst also minimising stock holding and efficient delivery logistics to customers, this includes the management and optimisation of all warehouse activities nationally.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and management the Hygiene and Pest Control supply chain (inbound and outbound) to support an effective operation.
- Manage and optimise inbound and outbound warehouse processes and protocols to ensure optimal warehouse utilisation, product logistics and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise outbound warehouse processes and protocols to ensure fast and accurate sales order processing and execution resulting in improved on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage regional warehouse operators, administrators, and logistics teams.
- Implement and maintain Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) strategies on D365 for all regional warehouses to ensure efficient stock holding, management, and movement.
- Manage and oversee monthly regional stock counts with regular inspections to check accuracy and efficiency of stock counts.
- Continuous reviews and improvement of the warehouse standard operating procedures and activities to optimise efficiency.
- Develop and implement fleet management strategies for the delivery of goods to customers, to ensure Hygiene and Pest control runs a cost effective fleet with optimal on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for the effective utilisation of the supply chain related functions and reports on D365.
- Maintaining an optimized warehouse layout and efficient operations, ensuring a cost-effective delivery fleet with optimal routes, and eliminating stock losses and variations across all regions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12
- Post Matric Diploma in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management
- At least 5 year’s working experience.
- Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
- Proven costing & stock control/store keeping experience advantageous.
- D365 Stock Management advantageous
