Junior Payroll Assistant (Temporary Contract 4 -6 months)

Location: Edenvale

Are you an aspiring payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accurate data management? We are currently seeking a Junior Payroll Assistant to join our team on a temporary contract basis. If you have experience in payroll and data capturing, we want to hear from you

Role Overview:
As a Junior Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll data. This position primarily involves data capturing and supporting payroll functions. Solid foundation in payroll processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurate data capturing of payroll information

Assisting in processing employee time and attendance data

Collaborating with the payroll team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Providing administrative support to the payroll department as needed

Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll information

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in payroll or data capturing is preferred

Basic understanding of payroll processes and calculations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
