**Recruitment Requirements**
- Matric (Business Degree would be an advantage)
- Experience in Parts Inventory Management
- Automotive Industry experience is critical
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

**Objective**

The objective of the Parts Inventory Specialist role is to ensure that the required parts supply levels to the dealer network is achieved and maintained, whilst ensuring that all related costs are within budget. The Parts Inventory Specialist manages and controls the importation and supply of parts through establishing contacts and relationships with the Dealer Network as well as the Parts Distribution Warehouses in Italy, NAFTA, India and Brazil to ensure efficient transfer of part through the order process. This role involves extensive attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the order volume requirements are understood and clearly communicated. As the Parts Inventory Specialist, you will be part of a team of people who are responsible for the movement of parts through the supply chain network to the Dealer Network, ensuring the transit and delivery is made on time. This means that you will liaise regularly with overseas offices, partners and agents.

**Task List**
- Set up process and act with his/her team to guarantee parts availability targets and minimise dealer back orders.
- Support the Customer Order Process in term of ordering monitoring, parts availability, technical information.
- Frequent and up to date communication with the Field Sales team and Dealer

Network.
- VOR Cases Resolution.
- Daily follow up on backlog of orders.
- Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues.
- Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
- Verify all order lines and prepare order reports on everyday basis.
- Manage all shipments and respond to inquiries for status of order.
- Resolve all customer issues and prepare efficient schedule for order delivery.
- To define initial stock and recommended dealer stock to guarantee successful service support for new models.
- To elaborate the initial stock need and minimum stock per parts number according to product running policy.
- To receive from the Technical Dept. the new technical service solutions and is responsible for the parts number purchasing needed.
- To manage stock budget, according to service level objectives and sales forecast.
- Customer care is a vital part of this role and so good interpersonal skills are very important.
- Communication is critical to the success of the role and is required to be to be clear, precise and accurate.
