- Goal orientated
- Minimum 2 years experience as a financial Advisor
- Must have RE5 and grade 12
- Must have a clean ITC record
- Must be able to sell and advise clients on Retirement, investment and Risk planning.
- Must have own transport and laptop.
- Once all training is completed and code has been activated
- the advisor will work on a 100% commission structure. First and second year commissions and trail comms.
- Option to sell short term insurance to their clients at a 50% commission split
- Various internal incentives
- No desk fees payable as long as minimum standards are met. (R20 000 per month averaged over a quarter)
- Remote position although we meet every Friday to discuss and review plans for the following week.
- Internal office administration assistance is provided.
- Office space with wifi, printer,telephone lines and stationary is provided.
- Advisors do have access to a corporate golf membership at Serengeti Estate.
- R1 mil group life cover will be provided. No medical aid provided
