The iOS Technician is required to ensure that all iOS devices are diagnosed within the prescribed turn around time. To provide adequate repair feedback on testing as requested.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Ensuring that dialy diagnostic target is met
- Ensure high quality of diagnostics
- Always up to date on the latest GSX articles and new self-study product material releases
- Ensure that GSX iOS Repair Qualification is achieved
- Ensure units are diagnosed within 4 hours of receipt
- Inventory management
- Up to date and accurate diagnostic administration and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Preferred technical experience with Apple iOS
- Technical understanding of iOS devices
- Technical ability to facilitate fault isolation
- Time management skills
- Strong administration skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- People manangement skills
- Syspro experience beneficial
