**Purpose of the Job**:
To drive the business value of IT within and work closely with the divisions to develop value added services and business improvement initiatives, act as the interface between the divisions and IT and facilitate service delivery to meet business requirements and agreed performance indicators and manage IT related projects and change management delivery within the divisions and use proactive and predictive analytics to get to real time business performance insight that focuses on customer value, improvement to profit opportunities, reduction in cost, and reduction in risk.

**What you'll done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 7 (Degree in IT/ Science/ Commerce/ Business)
- 10 years’ experience in IT / Business Management with
- experience in IT Service Delivery
- Experience in managing a large group of specialists and liaising with senior and executives

Advantageous:

- MBA/ IT Postgraduate
- Experience in a direct or indirect BRM role

**Challenges you might face in the role**:

- Ensuring IT strategies and services align with the overall business goals.
- Acting as the bridge between different divisions and the IT department, necessitating effective communication and understanding of diverse needs.
- Developing IT solutions that provide real value and innovation to the business and its customers.
- Using proactive and predictive analytics to gain real-time insights focusing on customer value, profit enhancement, cost reduction, and risk management.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Bridge between business and IT to enhance business growth and opportunities.
- Analyze needs and provide IT solutions within Engen's risk profile.
- Deliver insights for growth, customer experience, and risk reduction in real-time.
- Identify and manage business improvements and support services.
- Manage projects, change, and value metrics for business outcomes.
- Foster relationships to capture new opportunities.
- Build competent teams for high-performance delivery.
- Champion Engen's policies and conduct interventions for business integrity.
- Ensure compliance with PETRONAS procedures and legal requirements.
- Promote commitment, ownership, integrity, and loyalty for operational excellence.
- Adhere to safety, environment, and quality policies for individual and business well-being.
