- Plan installation/serving on excel based on schedules.
- Create route sheets.
- Communicate to relevant departments/teams regarding vehicle and accommodation requirements.
- Prepare site Health and Safety file as and when required.
- Do Health and Safety checks on equipment.
- Contact Centre Management and client to make necessary arrangements.
- Brief installation Team Leaders on work for the day and hand out necessary paperwork.
- Assist Teams with loading vehicles and creating of requisition forms.
- Assist Teams with installation queries and additional items required.
- Update installation schedules daily
- Travel to sites to do checks and sign off
- Review Daily Installation Diary and photos, make changes and add comments.
- Sit down with Installation Team and respond to invoicing and trip questions and any other reasonable instruction from Management.
