**Purpose of the Job**:
To develop, own and manage all existing and future payment solutions for the Commercial division so as to retain existing and attract new customers and increase market share.

**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 7 (Degree in Information Systems/Commerce)
- 8 years’ experience in Payment Systems environment

Advantageous:

- Banking systems experience
- Experience in payment solutions

**Exciting Challenges you might face in the role**:

- Immerse yourself in various aspects of the Commercial Business (SA and International)
- Influence the strategic direction of Engen commercial business and digital roadmap
- Operate effectively in an ever-changing, dynamic, and agile business environment
- Travel nationally & internationally (Namibia, Mauritius, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland and DRC)

**What you’ll be doing**:
PAYMENT SOLUTIONS OWNERSHIP:

- Manage all existing payment solutions including EDC, 1Card (Int’l Business), Buddy App

(Namibia).
- Will also take ownership of all new systems and solutions after implementation. Eg. Mobile

Digital Payment solutions.
SYSTEMS TRAINING:

- Once a need for training on existing systems have been identified, the PSM will spec the training

for development and implementation.
SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT:

- Where additional functionality is required from existing systems, the PSM will present the need

to IT for development and manage the roll out.
- Prioritise existing systems/products feature backlogs and improvements.
- Lead scrum teams that focus on existing product enhancements.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
Manages the interface with internal (IT, Sales, Innovation Manager) and external (Vendors, Customers) stakeholders.
