We are looking for pleasant and competitive Shop Assistants who will thrive in attracting new customers into our Maverick MTN Stores.
**Job Description**:
Carry out the Sales function in store daily, ensuring that the customer’s cellular technology needs are met; create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
Ensure service experienced meets the customer’s needs, company expectations and requirements. Identify these interests, needs and requirements
Support and maintain all company standard operating procedures with regards to operations.
Ensure marketing of products and services contributes to overall profitability of the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Strong listening, communication and social skills.
- Results Driven.
- Fluent in English.
- Neat and presentable.
Customer Service:

- Understanding your customers' needs and wants
- Treating your customers respectfully
- Acting on promises made to your customer
- Handling complaints and returns gracefully
- Exceeding customer expectations
- Going out of your way to help your customer.
- Clear Crim record
- Min 2 years experience in a Sales
Environment
- 3 Contactable references

**Salary**: Basic + Competitive Commission

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Constantia, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
