Our client in Multimedia, Marketing, and Content Creation, are looking for an IT Technician to support their diverse range of technological needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Network implementation and support for my clients' Sound Production House.
- Creation and deployment of VLANs, VPNs, and IP addresses.
- Support for Microsoft Office 365.
- Installation of PCs and support.
- Mac support and installation.
- Support and maintenance for Dell server (Dell PowerEdge EMC R540).
- Support and maintenance for Avid Nexus production server.
- Management of backup servers.
- Management of company assets.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of an IT Diploma, CompTIA A+ certification, or similar IT qualifications.
- Completion of MCSE/MCSA or MCITP (beneficial).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac, and Windows operating systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the ICT industry.
- Active listening skills to understand challenges effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
