We have a position available for a Talent Manager in the Agricultural Industry located in Klerksdorp. We are Looking the expertise of a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager who is looking for a challenging position in a reputable company.

The duties expected of the successful applicant are as follows but not limited to: Talent acquisition strategies that include employee sourcing, attraction, recruitment, selection as well as onboarding. Implement the required processes to ensure retention, motivation of competent, committed and engaged employees. Management of internal communication and employee brand awareness. Performance management and the productivity of employees. Psychometric Assessments. Data analysis. Wellness and morale of engaged employees and teams. The development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, career growth development strategies, tools and resources. Talent management practices to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs. Organizational development that includes the focus on drivers of company culture. Leadership Potential and development, coaching and mentorship. Manage the development and implementation of Systems, Policies, Processes and Procedures to create and maintain a sound employee value proposition. Manage the performance of direct reports, offer guidance and support with the execution of their daily activities.

Basic Salary on offer ranges from R 55 000.00 to R 62 500.00 with benefits to be discussed.
