Recruitment Consultant

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., networking, social media, job boards) to attract top talent.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter, with a focus on senior-level positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
