To manage the Operations of the entire centre with emphasis on guest experience.

This position is similar to an Operations Manager.

However, we want to place emphasis on the guest experience, as we are a company that provides Guest experiences which are above expectations.

**The following are the key components of the job**:

- Restaurants.
- Ticketing.
- Access and parking.
- Activities.
- Maintain the visual standards of maintenance and appearance of the property.
- Marketing and customer relations.
- Developing relationships with agents and tour operators.
- Plan and coordinate functions - for eg Art Gallery, Restaurants & other
- Be responsible to manage staff.
- Be able to maintain and improve our levels of service throughout the business.
- Train and identify training requirements.

- Experience in business management and managing people.
- Good communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem solving skills and the provision of solutions to problems.
- Knowledge and experience in the tourism industry.
- Analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations as defined.
- Understand, implement and expand our Company policies.
- Manage and motivate staff to maintain and excel in service delivery.
- Prepare reports for Management.
- Oversee and maintain standards.

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality Guest Relations: 5 years (preferred)
- Hospitality Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Problem solving skills: 5 years (preferred)
- organizational and leadership skills: 4 years (preferred)
