Who are we?
- Knowledge of billing and collections procedures and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 / Matric / NQF 4
- Applicable post-matric qualifications will be advantageous
- 5 years + Client Services experience
- 3 years + Commercial Management Experience
Essential Requirements
- Solid understanding Personal Lines Client Services, Commercial Client Services and Support.
- Proficient understanding of RD rates, Rejection codes and Policy lifecycles.
- Establishes quality control standards and maintains/enforces them over time.
- Good analytical ability and execution.
- Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders
- Change agility
- Professional and ethical
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Highly proficient in computer software programs such as, MS Word, MS Excel, ICBM, CIC and SharePoint.
- Must be multi-task oriented, organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Managing a Commercial Department consisting of multiple sub-divisions.
- Ensuring the execution of targets to be achieved for GWP, Manex and Loss Ratio contributions for Client Services
