- Conduct thorough reviews of reservations and bookings to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Verify guest information, payment details, and special requests to guarantee a seamless experience for our guests.
- Collaborate with the reservations and booking team to address discrepancies and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor reservation systems and identify any issues or trends that may impact the quality of service.
- Communicate effectively with the reservations team, front office, and other relevant departments to resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to reservations staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Generate reports on reservation quality and performance metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in reservations, booking, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and booking platforms.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
