**Lodge Anchor**:

- **Guest Experience Management**:

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Oversee all guest interactions, including arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- **Lodge Operations Oversight**:

- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operation of all lodge facilities and services.
- Monitor lodge cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to lodge staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to excellence.
- **Wildlife Experience Enhancement**:

- Collaborate with guides and trackers to enhance wildlife viewing experiences for guests.
- Coordinate special activities such as game drives, bush walks, and cultural excursions.
- Share knowledge of the local ecosystem and wildlife with guests.

**Admin Couple**:

- **Reservations and Guest Relations**:

- Manage lodge reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Communicate with guests regarding reservation inquiries and special requests.
- Ensure accurate guest billing and invoicing.
- **Office Management**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with financial administration, including petty cash management and expense tracking.
- Coordinate staff schedules and communicate effectively with all departments.
- Provide support to management as needed for special projects or events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury lodge or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for both roles.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is required.
- Familiarity with the Sabi Sands Game Reserve and wildlife is advantageous.
- Must be willing to live on-site at the lodge.
