The AMKA Graduate Programme is designed to provide a strong foundation for graduate development and success.

**Description**

The AMKA Graduate programme consists of on-the job training, experiential learning within the marketing department as well as support functions such as sales, research and development, trade marketing etc. The graduates will have the opportunity to impact leading brands.

**Who we are**

AMKA has some of the strongest brands within its categories, including Clere, Satiskin, Playboy, Playgirl, Shower to Shower, Cuticura, Sof ‘n free, Easy waves, Lip ice, Every Sun. The marketing department develops brand strategies and activities to grow our brands and business. We work closely with sales, our advertising agencies, shoppers etc to achieve our objective to be brand leaders in the health and beauty industry.

**Responsibilities of an Intern**
- Sales analysis (looking for opportunities and working with the team to close any gaps)
- Perform market analysis and research/research analysis
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. TV, Social Media, PR, web, etc.)
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Help organize marketing events

**Qualifications**
- C**ompleted tertiary qualification (degree) in Marketing or a student completing their honours program.**

- Fluency in English
- SA Citizenship
- Valid driver’s license and own transport is essential
- A strong academic record
- Strong computer literacy
- A strong interest in digital marketing
- Digital marketing skills will be advantageous
- Mathematical literacy
