Supervisor - Art Installation Events Space/Venue
- 8 month employment starting October 2023 - May 2024
- Monday - Sunday | 8h00 - 17h00
- Available for scheduled ad hoc events
- Manager staff and suppliers
- Liaise with special events
- Liaise with estate
- Oversee daily operations
- Administrative duties
- Shop stocktake

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure, with difficult clients and to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations
- Great interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work long hours and on weekends and holidays.
- Good knowledge of events and hospitality industry
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work on various projects at a time.
- A minimum of 3 year's experience in event management industry preferred.
- Min 12 month work experience in a restaurant /venue working environment
- Must be able to cope with flexible working hours
- Must have a drivers license and your own trasport, due to the location of the operation.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a self-starter
- Passionate, energetic,
- Required to work rostered shifts and irregular hours as per operational requirements

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: From R8,500.00 per month
