**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campus Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
- **Leadership & Team Management**: Lead, inspire, and manage campus staff and faculty, fostering a culture of excellence.
- **Student Enrollment & Retention**: Drive student enrollment growth and ensure high student satisfaction and retention rates.
- **Financial & Budget Management**: Manage campus budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, inclusive campus environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum of a **Bachelor's Degree** (Master's degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven track record of **managing a higher education campus** or similar leadership role in an educational institution.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives for campus growth.
- **Passion for Education**: A genuine passion for student success and educational excellence.
