**1.** **Oversees and runs daily operations of the restaurant;**

**2.** **Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, trains, reviews and evaluates assigned restaurant staff and supervisors;**

**3.** **Participates with operation management team to originate, plan, develop and implement long and short term goals;**

**4.** **Monitors integrity of restaurant operation and the provision of services;**

**5.** **Delegates and oversees bartending, kitchen supervision and table service duties;**

**6.** **Prepares annual restaurant budget estimates, requests and final budget proposal;**

**7.** **Oversees menu planning, pricing and banquet operations;**

**8.** **Develops and implements advertising and marketing strategies for restaurant and banquet services;**

**9.** **Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments;**

**10.** **Performs other related duties as assigned.**
