Job Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Honours Degree in an appropriate field.
- At least seven (7) years' relevant experience working with community.
- Managerial/Supervision experience will be an added advantage.
- Having worked with students population will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and basic knowledge for computer programmes.

**Duties**:

- To manage, plan and organize the control of all the residences of the University to the required standards within the budgetary limits.
- Create an environment, develop and maintain infrastructure that provides for a co-curricular and extra curriculum activities in the interest of residents' academic support.
- To create an environment that ensures and caters for the emotional, social, physical, recreational and well-being of the students.
- To provide strategic leadership for all staff within the residences.
