**REQUIREMENTS**
Relevant Honours in Law or four years professional qualification in law (LLB degree) and seven (7) years relevant work experience in the legal field, three (3) of which should be at supervisory level.
**DUTIES**
To manage student disciplinary matters across the University of Venda through the development, implementation, maintenance, and execution of good practices that enable the achievements of the Univen's organisational objectives compliant with the legislative framework. Maintaining consistent student disciplinary procedures on campuses and in regard of all modes of delivery while enhancing and promoting the strategic plan of the University of Venda. Ensure that all stakeholders are empowered in terms of legislation, policies, and procedures.
