We are looking for reliable Tracers to join our new tracing team to locate debtors using internal resources and social media.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Tracing debtors
- Confirm information of relevant parties
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Out of the box thinking
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated.
- Problem solving / initiative
- Tenacity and stress tolerant
- Deadline and result oriented
- Attention to detail
- Takes ownership and responsibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- 2+ years’ experience in tracing
- Must have experience working for legal / law firm specialising in legal debt collecting (not beneficiary claims
- Must have experience in using tracing systems CPB, XDS, ITC and the like
- Tracing using social media and other similar sources is beneficial
- Computer literate
