Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Sales Trainer and Facilitator to design and conduct sales training programmes to improve sales performance of current and new members thorough sales/ soft skills training, as well as product training within a call centre environment. Insurance Industry product experience in short term insurance is a pre-requisite for this position. Must have a tertiary qualification (NQF 5 or 6), a facilitator, assessor and moderator certification and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a corporate Call Centre environment as a sales trainer or facilitator.
