To provide day-to-day task management within the organisation by multitasking across a range of responsibilities, receiving, and forwarding communications, and taking care of more general clerical duties. Display thorough understanding of office management procedures and demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills to complete all duties in a timely manner.

**PERFORMANCE STANDARD**

**Key Performance Area & Key Performance Indicator**:
**Administration**
- Adhering and maintaining administrative confidentiality.
- Manage Travel Bookings
- Coordination
- Social Media (Added Advantage)
- Miro (Added Advantage)
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including mail and telephone calls.
- Systematically filing Company and Client documents.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, requisitioning new equipment and supplies as and when required.

**Office Support**
- Maintaining procurement of canteen groceries, office supplies, stationery requirements, and equipment as and when required.
- Maintain all canteen orders on a monthly basis through reconciliation and ensure review and approval process to completion as and when required or requested by Management.
- Manage personal errands for Executives as and when required.
- General office administration.

**Reporting**
- Ensure accurate and timeously reporting.

**Planning**
- Arrangement of all resources towards achievement of all objectives.

**General**
- Comply with company and client policy and procedures.

**Education, Qualification, Experience & Skills**
- Preferable - Diploma in Business Administration
- Matric

**Licences/Accreditations/Registrations**:

- Drivers Licence

**Work Experience & Duration**:

- +/- 2 Years
- Proven experience working in a corporate office environment
