**About Us**:
Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Draughting who will be responsible to
- Draughting/designing interior fitout drawing packs. (fit for quote and build).
- Prepare working/detail construction drawings (built elements and joinery).
- Ability to adapt according to a client dependent set of Corporate Identity specifications.
- Be able to create drawings packs to be used in the fitout of premises or refurbishment of existing premises.
- Design/detail in the most cost effective and aesthetically appropriate manner (per guidance from Design team).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Generic Objectives**
- Create and produce accurate drawings from construction up to lighting layouts in eight working days once sketches from clients are approved according to approved Corporate Identity
- Produce space planning layouts for departments according to approved Space policy by drawing the correct seating arrangement into given area and complying with client request.
- Perform site visits to gather necessary site measurement, layouts and building details to complete a set of sketches, working drawings or as built drawings.
- Daily updating of electronic files by copying projects from hard drive to network
- Time management of allocated tasks issued to project personnel
- Communicate and liaise with other members of Tsebo Workplace Design

**Skills and Competencies**:

- AutoCAD
- REVIT
- Layout planning skills
- Technical detailing knowledge (furniture, built units and architecture)
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to plan, organise and control own work effort.
- Good people skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Client relationship management.
- Project management skills.
- Driver’s license and own transport

**Qualifications**:

- NQF Level5 or 3-year National Diploma/Higher Certificate
- Architectural Draughting / Certificate
- Registered with the South African Council of Architectural Profession (SACAP), Draughtsman
- Minimum 1 year technical experience
- Technical Knowledge of the different equipment utilized in hybrid offices, training centres and call centres.
- Knowledge of interior-fitout construction methods and practices.
- Creation of interior design drawing packs to be issued to contractors for construction.
- Architectural layout planning experience
